Ce veți face și care vor fi responsabilitățile
Consultantul SAP PP (Production Planning) este responsabil de proiectarea, configurarea și implementarea soluțiilor SAP PP care răspund cerințelor de business legate de procesele de producție, gestionarea materialelor și controlul producției. Consultantul asigură eficiența operațiunilor de producție prin alinierea funcționalităților SAP la nevoile de planificare și execuție ale clientului.
Responsabilități
- Analizarea cerințelor de business și traducerea acestora în soluții funcționale SAP PP.
- Configurarea și customizarea modulelor SAP PP, inclusiv:
- Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
- Bill of Materials (BOM) și Routings
- Work Centers și Production Versions
- Shop Floor Control și Capacity Planning
- Integrare cu modulele MM, SD, QM, PM și FI/CO.
- Participare la analiza Fit–Gap, Business Blueprinting și workshop-uri de Solution Design.
- Pregătirea și validarea specificațiilor funcționale pentru dezvoltări customizate (RICEFW).
- Realizarea testărilor unitare, de integrare și User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Sprijin în migrarea datelor și validarea datelor master (BOM-uri, rute, centre de lucru).
- Oferirea de training utilizatorilor finali și elaborarea documentației de utilizare.
- Asistență pentru faza de go-live și suport post-implementare.
- Colaborare strânsă cu dezvoltatorii ABAP, alte echipe funcționale SAP și stakeholderii de business.
- Asigurarea consistenței soluției și respectarea celor mai bune practici SAP și a standardelor companiei.
Cerințe
- Minim 3–5 ani experiență în implementarea sau suport SAP PP.
- Experiență dovedită într-un proiect complet de implementare SAP (ECC sau S/4HANA).
- Cunoaștere solidă a planificării producției, MRP, producției discrete/proces și planificării capacităților.
- Familiaritate cu integrarea modulelor MM, SD, QM și PM.
- Experiență practică cu S/4HANA Manufacturing (avantaj).
