Role Overview
We are seeking a
Senior QA Engineer
to join our Fusion Invest team in Bucharest. This role is critical to ensuring the quality and reliability of our capital markets platform, with a focus on high-impact projects, including our latest initiative in the US annuities market.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional and UI testing of complex financial software
- Develop and maintain automation tests using Robot Framework and Selenium
- Validate financial calculations and system workflows
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and global QA teams
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprints
- Contribute to one of our QA sub-teams: Connectivity, Decision Support, or Pricing
Required Skills & Experience
- Solid understanding of financial markets and investment workflows
- Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Preferred knowledge of automated testing software tools with ability to design and develop automated testing programs.
- Preferred knowledge of the Agile software development methodology
- Functional knowledge of SQL for database testing
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fintech, banking, or capital markets
- Knowledge of annuities or investment risk/performance metrics
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and time zones
