cu abilitati bune de comunicare si solutionarea rapida a situatiilor.

Vei fi responsabil cu mentenanta website-urilor, testare si debugging pe website-uri client.

Furnizarea de
asistenta tehnica prin canalele oficiale de comunicare: email, chat raportate de clienti in platforma theMarketer.

  • Studii superioare finalizate in domeniul tehnologic;
  • Limbi vorbite : Engleza avansat
  • Abilitati excelente de comunicare atat verbal, cat si in scris;
  • Abilitati organizatorice si de gestionare a timpului;
  • Capacitate de adaptare rapida la schimbari;
  • Problem solver;
  • Experienta cu platforme de email marketing sau e-Commerce reprezinta un avantaj;
  • 1-2 ani Experienta Back- end
    : PHP/Laravel, Docker, NodeJs, Angular obligatoriu;
  • 1-2 ani Experienta Front- end
    : JavaScript, VueJs, Angular, CSS, HTML obligatoriu;
  • 1 -2 ani Experienta cu Baze de date
    , MongoDB reprezinta un avantaj;

Responsabilitati:

  • Vei oferi mentenanta website-urilor existente: PHP (Laravel), VueJs, NodeJs;
  • Vei face dezvoltare sau debugging basic pentru HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP (cand este cazul);
  • Vei testa si vei face debugging pe website-uri client pentru plugin-urile noastre.
  • Vei interactiona cu baze de date: MongoDB si SQL;
  • Vei oferi asistenta tehnica utilizatorilor platformei theMarketer pentru remedierea situatiilor prin canalele oficiale de comunicare: email, chat;
  • Vei identifica problemele si vei veni in intampinarea lor cu solutii, folosind procedurile stabilite;
