Ce vei face:

  • Vei coordona și motiva o echipă de 4 Brand Ambassadors.
  • Vei asigura transportul echipei în locațiile prestabilite.
  • Vei planifica activitatea echipei și te vei asigura că obiectivele de vânzări și promovare sunt atinse.
  • Vei gestiona logistica materialelor promoționale și premiilor.
  • Vei monitoriza performanța echipei, vei centraliza rapoartele și vei transmite feedback.
  • Vei fi prezent(ă) în teren și vei reacționa rapid la situațiile apărute.

Profilul tău:

  • Ai experiență relevantă în coordonarea de echipe.
  • Permis de conducere (minim 1 an experiență).
  • Organizare, proactivitate și responsabilitate.
  • Abilități de leadership și motivație pentru echipă.
  • Adaptabilitate la situații și personalități diferite.
  • Disponibilitate pentru program flexibil (se lucrează de marți până sâmbătă).
