• Provides IT support in processing, controlling and verifying the activities carried out in the warehouse;
• Responsible for the correct recording of data in the company's IT system, data on warehouse merchandise transactions - input/output data;
• Monitors, issues and transmits reports on the reception process, completes and transmits centralizers (e-mail ex: Outlook, Office, Teams, Smartshare);
• Checks and records in the system data on the reception of products and packaging;
• Monitors receptions and respects priorities (planning or prioritization by hierarchical superior according to the organizational chart);
• Experience - minimum 2 years in goods reception and storage operations
• Availability to work in shifts
• PC operating skills and understanding of WMS
• Office skills (intermediate level Excel, Word, Outlook)
