Senior Social Media Specialist | the script agency | Bucharest

We're a boutique creative & communications agency obsessed with doing great work for our clients. We are looking for someone who gets the business side of social and treats it as a business tool, not a playground.

You should think before you plan. You understand that social media isn't just about being trendy, but also about building brands, connecting with audiences, and making smart decisions based on what actually works.

The role:

  • Develop social media strategies for complex B2B and B2C clients;
  • Manage campaigns across industries (tech, energy, finance, e-commerce, FMCG, business services, etc.);
  • Analyze what matters and optimize based on real insights;
  • Collaborate with the creative and account teams to deliver great and impactful work for our clients.

You should have:

  • 5+ years of strategic social media experience (agency preferred);
  • Deep understanding of how social fits into broader business objectives;
  • Experience with complex industries, not just lifestyle brands;
  • Creative thinking & Analytical mindset;
  • Direct communication style (no social media fluff, please).
