Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gilău for a Freight Forwarder. The Freight Forwarder will manage the logistics and coordination of freight transportation, oversee export processes, and ensure seamless communication with clients during the forwarding process. The role includes handling operational procedures, addressing customer needs, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the transportation and logistics chain.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Freight Forwarding, Forwarding, and Freight Transportation
• Understanding of Export processes and practices
• Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in logistics and freight management
• Familiarity with international transportation regulations is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Gilău
• Relevant educational qualifications or certifications in logistics or supply chain management are preferred
