Departamentul nostru de Real Estate are o expertiza vasta si solida in proiecte majore, asistand in mod regulat investitori importanti, fonduri de investitii, dezvoltatori si antreprenori implicati in investitii imobiliare in Romania, atat in proiecte rezidentiale, cat si comerciale/office.

CERINTE

-      
1-5 ani de experienta profesionala in calitate de Avocat de Real Estate, inclusiv expunere la tranzactii si proiecte de due diligence;

-

cunostinte solide de drept civil si reglementari in domeniul imobiliar;

-

capacitatea de a gestiona mai multe chestiuni juridice intr-un mediu de lucru dinamic, cu atentie la detalii si tinand cont de nevoile clientilor;

-

capacitatea de a lucra in echipa, bine organizat, cu o atitudine proactiva si o abordare pozitiva a muncii;

-

buna cunoastere a limbii engleze.

DESCRIEREA POSTULUI

Ca membru al echipei noastre de
Real Estate

, veti avea un rol activ in:

-

furnizarea de servicii juridice complete pentru tranzactiile care implica bunuri imobiliare, inclusiv in cazul tranzactiilor cu actiuni/parti sociale si cu active;

-

redactarea, revizuirea si negocierea de contracte, inclusiv contracte de inchiriere, contracte de vanzare de imobile, contracte de antrepriza, contracte de arenda;

-

analiza titluri de proprietate si redactarea de rapoarte de due diligence, inclusiv in ceea ce priveste terenurile agricole si dezvoltarea energiilor regenerabile;

-

furnizarea de servicii legate de proiecte de dezvoltare – rezidentiale, de birouri, depozite si comerciale;

-

dezvoltarea relatiilor profesionale cu clientii.
