Are you passionate about sports and ready to take your analytical skills to the next level? We're expanding our team due to high demand and seeking a talented Sports Lead Trading Analyst to join us on a full-time permanent basis.

The Lead Sports Trading Analyst
will work closely with the Head of Sportsbook and Sports Analysts. He will be responsible for the risk management strategy and analysis , set goals and plans for Sports Analysts , monitor exposure , work with other teams to optimize processes , deliver training workshops for existing and new staff members.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management to design, implement, and oversee a comprehensive risk management plan.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Trading Analysts to ensure effective performance and development.
  • Develop and maintain customer risk-profiling guidelines to support informed trading decisions.
  • Establish and manage workflows for daily product monitoring and quality checks.
  • Prepare and deliver periodic reports on risk exposure, performance metrics, and operational compliance.

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong mathematical, statistical, analytical, and reporting abilities.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with programming languages is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in project management is a plus.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
