CS Trainee

Position Summary

Ensuring the assistance of the customer service department of Samsung Electronics Romania SRL, Bulgaria Branch (hereinafter "Samsung") through support activities in internal and external reports.

Role and Responsibilities

• Enters and registers contracts with partners and national and international authorities in Samsung records;
• Prepares reports requested by superiors;
• Responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the prepared documents;
• General support for the Customer Service department.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification - business or marketing field is considered an advantage;

• Problem solving mindset and analytical skills: you can execute with excellence on the most important things. You're able to identify new opportunities and overcome barriers;
• Strive for customer satisfaction;
