Ce Vei Face
Căutăm un CTO / Head of Engineering care să ia conducerea tehnică la SOLO. Rolul tău va fi să transformi provocările freelancerilor în soluții tehnice solide, să construiești și să coordonezi o echipă de ingineri performantă, și să asiguri că produsul nostru scalează frumos pe măsură ce creștem. Vei lucra direct cu CEO-ul pentru a alinia tehnologia cu direcția businessului.

  • Vei seta direcția tehnologică și arhitectura produsului SOLO.
  • Vei construi și dezvolta o echipă de ingineri care livrează repede și bine.
  • Vei echilibra viteza cu securitatea și stabilitatea – pentru că lucrăm într-un domeniu bazat pe încredere.
  • Vei fi partener direct de discuție cu CEO-ul și echipa de leadership, pentru a alinia tehnologia cu businessul.

Ce Căutăm La Tine

  • Experiență solidă în arhitectură software, scalare de produse digitale și management tehnic.
  • Poți proiecta atât componentele aplicative, cât și nivelele de deployment și infrastructură fizică, asigurând cerințele funcționale, de performanță și de securitate.
  • Ai experiență cu proiectarea de arhitecturi orientate pe servicii, modele de integrare între componente și modele de procesare asincronă a evenimentelor.
  • Ai lucrat extensiv cu tehnologii precum: .NET (C#), Javascript/Typescript, baze de date relaționale (MariaDb/MySQL), frameworks ORM (NHibernate).
  • Ai cunoștințe avansate de frontend development (Angular, librării de componente pentru UI, state management, routing, etc).
  • Poți coordona un proiect pe întreaga perioadă de viață, de la specificații, proiectare, implementare, QA, DevOps, release și urmărire operațională în producție.
  • Un mindset de "owner", care vede tehnologia ca motor al creșterii businessului.
  • Dorința de a construi nu doar un produs, ci și o echipă de ingineri de top și experiență în managementul echipelor tehnice.
  • Te gândești mereu și la UX când construiești
  • Oferi și primești cu ușurință feedback constructiv
