Responsabilități principale

  • Coordonarea și supervizarea lucrărilor de 
    instalații mecanice, electrice și sanitare (MEP)
     pentru proiecte de construcții comerciale, rezidențiale sau industriale.
  • Revizuirea documentației tehnice, participarea la fazele de proiectare și execuție, și asigurarea conformității cu standardele și normele tehnice.
  • Gestionarea relației cu subcontractorii MEP, antreprenorul general, beneficiarul și autoritățile implicate.
  • Monitorizarea progresului lucrărilor și raportarea periodică către Project Manager / Client.
  • Verificarea soluțiilor tehnice, estimărilor de cost și planificărilor pentru instalații.

Cerințe

  • Studii superioare în domeniul instalațiilor / construcțiilor (Facultatea de Instalații, Energetică sau echivalent).
  • Minimum 
    3 ani de experiență
     în managementul lucrărilor MEP (de preferat în proiecte comerciale sau industriale mari).
  • Cunoștințe solide de legislație și norme tehnice MEP, inclusiv BIM (avantaj).
  • Abilități excelente de coordonare și comunicare cu echipe multidisciplinare.
  • Engleză – nivel avansat (este un plus).
