Inviting applications for the role of IT Sourcing support – Senior Process Associate - Spanish – Hybrid Bucharest

As a sourcing buyer you will manage the end-to-end sourcing projects. Your focus should be on ensuring delivery of sourcing projects to the client with maximum value addition in terms of savings / benefits to the client.  

Responsibilities

•    Experience in Procurement of goods and services, obtaining quotations, develops proposals of low to moderate value/risk consistent with client requirements. 

•    Good understanding and experience on RFP / RFX / RFQ is required to be managed via formal ERP / procurement tool-based sourcing. Understanding of eAuction is mandatory. 

•    Understanding on upstream and downstream sourcing process, namely S2P and P2P process. Also, exposure to European market will be preferred.  Should be able to work & support all categories.

•    Consolidation of the quotes. 

•    Obtain approval from Client Category Manager on finalized projects

•    Record Savings in the Client Savings Data Base.  Close the event in the tool once award is finalized. 

•    Engagement with operational teams to review pipelines.

•    Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned with the procurement remit eg analysis / reporting etc.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications

•    Language wise\: Spanish C1 (minimum B2 required) and English C1 level

•    Relevant years' experience of operational sourcing (indirect) and tactical buying. 

•    Hands on experience on Zycus (for sourcing) and Coupa (for CLM) / or similar systems for procurement / CRM tools. 

•    Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

•    US / UK sourcing experience will be preferred. 

•    Education – Min graduate in any stream. Any Master degree would be preferred. Tech qualification would be preferred.
