kannst du bei uns deinen ganz persönlichen Beitrag zu unseren Zielen leisten. Du unterstützt den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Logistik-Applikationen im Bereich Supply Chain Management und bist zentrale Anlaufstelle für unsere regionalen Anwender.

Deine Aufgaben


Applikationsbetrieb & Support

  • Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs unserer Anwendungen in der Intralogistik und Transportlogistik.
  • Überwachung von Services und Schnittstellen (Servicemonitoring) sowie Eskalation von Auffälligkeiten an die zuständigen Bereiche.
  • Kommunikation mit regionalen Endanwendern / Key Usern bei Störungen.
  • Klassifizierung und Weiterleitung von Supportanfragen zu Prozessen, Verfahren und Produkten im Logistikbereich.
  • Bearbeitung von Tickets und Beantwortung von IT-Fragen aus den Fachabteilungen und Lagerstandorten.
  • 2nd Level Support für die Bereiche Intralogistik und Transportlogistik.
  • Durchführung von Fehleranalysen und Weiterleitung an den 3rd Level Support.
  • Kommunikation von Fehlern und Workarounds an betroffene LVS-Systeme und Endanwender.


Beratung & Konfiguration

  • Erste Anlaufstelle für die EDEKA-Regionen bei Fragen, Problemen und neuen Anforderungen im Bereich Logistik.
  • Vermittlung von Prozessabläufen und regionalen Besonderheiten (Know-how-Transfer).


Release Management & Testing

  • Planung von Releasewechseln mit den Produktteams.
  • Eigenständige Durchführung von Abnahmetests mit den Regionen.
  • Schulung regionaler Key User zu neuen Release-Inhalten.


Datenmanagement & Schnittstellen

  • Durchführung von Schnittstellenbereinigungen bei Störungen in der Datenversorgung.
  • Koordination mit Endanwendern, Key Usern, Produktverantwortlichen und weiteren Beteiligten.

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung mit Bezug zu IT oder Logistik bzw. eine gleichwertige Qualifikation.

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Fuhrparkmanagement, Lagerlogistik, Tourenplanung, Track & Trace, Lagerverwaltungssysteme sowie MS Office.
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP-/SAP-Systemen.
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamgeist, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Ergebnisorientierung.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift
  • Während der ersten sechs Monate wird eine regelmäßige Reisebereitschaft nach Deutschland vorausgesetzt – etwa eine Woche pro Monat
