SAP Hybris Commerce Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Hybris Commerce Lead with deep Hybris/SAP Commerce Cloud experience to join our Digital Web/eCommerce development team. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced, agile environment alongside talented engineers who share a passion for modern digital commerce technologies. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing a global eCommerce platform, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions for B2C customers.

This position requires strong leadership, hands-on development expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A self-starter mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovation are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development team in building and integrating SAP Hybris/SAP Commerce Cloud eCommerce features in an agile environment.

• Participate in the design, development, and implementation of Hybris applications with integration to various SAP modules.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, stable, and high-quality eCommerce solutions that meet evolving business needs.

• Convert business requirements into detailed technical specifications and high-quality code.

• Execute unit, system, integration, and acceptance testing for complex functionalities.

• Work on key functional areas of the website such as search, cart, checkout, and related integrations.

• Ensure all systems adhere to security standards, compliance requirements, and data privacy policies.

• Collaborate closely with Scrum Masters, internal teams, and external partners to ensure alignment with the product roadmap.

• Identify improvements to increase test coverage and maintain high code quality across new and existing features.

• Provide timely, accurate delivery of tasks while maintaining exceptional customer service.

• Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to best practices in code quality, architecture, and performance.

• Strong, hands-on experience with SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud (B2C).

• Proven ability to lead development teams in an agile environment.

• Deep understanding of eCommerce architecture, integrations, and modern web technologies.

• Experience with SAP module integrations, scalable system design, and performance optimization.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
