We produce electric water heaters and hot water cylinders for home use, under several trusted GROUPE ATLANTIC brands.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

To support our development, we are looking for an HR Generalist

The HR Generalist's main mission
is to support the development and wellbeing of the team by managing daily HR operations and contributing to key projects. Working under the guidance of the HR Manager, the role ensures compliance with labor law, promotes a positive work environment, and helps the organization grow in a fast-paced, international setting.

Payroll & Compensation:

• Manage monthly payroll processes in collaboration with external providers.
• Support contract preparation and updates related to employment terms
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding salaries, benefits, and deductions.

Recruitment & Onboarding
:

• Conduct high-level interviews and support hiring managers.
• Coordinate onboarding and integration of new employees.

Training & Development:

• Identify training needs and support implementation of development programs.
• Organize internal workshops and external training sessions.

Employee Support:

• Act as a point of contact for employees, especially production workers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• HR Inspector Certificate or certificate in HR Management.
• 3–5 years in a similar HR role, preferably in manufacturing or international environments.
• Solid understanding of Romanian labor law and payroll processes.
• Fluent in Romanian and English (spoken and written).
