joacă un rol esențial în experiența eMAG, prin intermediul lor ne întâlnim cu clienții noștri în offline. Acestea se ocupă de vânzarea produselor, prin plasarea de comnezi direct în Showroom, de consultanță specializată, de livrarea și returnarea produselor. În showroomurile noastre ne cunoaștem clienții, îi ințelegem, le arătăm produsele eMAG și îi ajutăm în decizia de cumpărare.︌︊︄︁︁︈︃︋ ︂︆︄︃ ︁︁︌ ︈︂︇︍ ︈︆︅︊︄︈︌︊︂

Ce vei face în echipa noastră :

  • Recepționezi și aranjezi/organizezi marfa în depozit;
  • Livrezi produsele clienților, iar la nevoie testezi produsele livrate;
  • Inventarierea periodică a stocului;
  • Preiei produsele clienților la retur și/sau service;
  • Propui activ serviciile și produsele vândute de eMAG;
  • Încasezi facturi - numerar sau cu cardul;
  • Verifici Registrul de casă și banii încasați.

C e te face potrivit/ă:

  • Experiență de minimum 6 luni într-un post similar;
  • Studii medii;
  • Nivel minim de cunoaștere a pachetului Office;
  • Cunoștințe tehnice minime de hardware și software;
  • Limbaj tehnic;
  • Cunoștințe minime de operare PC: Office Word, Excel.
