Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the procurement market and independently conduct negotiations with suppliers.
  • Execute tenders (RfX), select and evaluate the most suitable bidders, including communication and clarification of inquiries.
  • Conclude contracts and implement them in systems/SAP, including creation and management of purchase orders.
  • Monitor delivery dates, manage reminders, and handle returns and complaints.
  • Review and optimize service contracts for market suitability and compliance with procurement guidelines.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and cost-effective procurement.

Profile & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in procurement, business administration, or a related field (must-have).
  • Experience in operational purchasing as well as solid knowledge of P2P and RfX processes (must-have).
  • Proficient in procurement systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua) and MS Office (must-have).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (must-have).
  • Certifications in procurement processes (e.g. CIPS Level 2/3) are an advantage.
  • Very good German and English skills (must-have).
