As we are constantly growing, we are looking for an
Implementation Consultant
to ensure the efficient and customized
implementation of payroll and personnel administration solutions
(in the
dp-Payroll application
), with a focus on automating repetitive processes, digitizing internal flows, and creating relevant reports for decision-makers through the integration of RPA and BI.

What will you do:

  • Implementing and configuring the functionalities of the dp-Payroll application, including adjacent modules such as time tracking, employee portal, and expense reports.
  • Adapting the application to legislative changes and customer needs (customizations, scripts, calculation rules).
  • Automating recurring processes using Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, or other RPA tools.
  • Testing, documenting, and launching process robots for extracting, transforming, and loading data, as well as for automatic monthly payroll processing.
  • Creating Power BI dashboards for monitoring processes, KPIs, and automated flows.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop technical solutions (e.g., automated notifications, document generation, SEPA integration).
  • Actively participating in HR & payroll digitization projects.
  • Supporting the team in preparing the necessary standard and ad-hoc reports using data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
  • Participate in data cleaning and processing activities to facilitate the implementation of digitization and automation solutions.
  • Participate in internal initiatives to improve implementation methodologies and tools.

Candidate profile:

  • Experience with payroll (dp-Payroll), BI (Power BI), and RPA (UiPath, Power Automate) applications.
  • Logical analysis and digital process modeling skills.
  • Ability to analyze and transform complex requirements into practical and efficient solutions
  • Attention to detail and focus on accuracy, especially when processing sensitive data.
  • Creativity in identifying solutions that streamline operational work.
  • Excellent organization and simultaneous management of technical projects.
  • Clear communication skills, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Relevant knowledge of labor legislation for the correct adaptation of reports and automations.
  • Professional ethics and integrity, with an emphasis on data confidentiality
  • Advanced knowledge of English, with written and verbal communication skills
