Job Description:Your Responsibilities:
  • Collaborating with project managers to develop the contracting strategy for each project.
  • Publishing procurement notices or invitations, providing the necessary information for bid preparation, in accordance with specific procurement procedures; prepares the tender documentation and technical specifications for project-related procurements.
  • Coordinating the procurement process for goods and services, including the receipt, opening, and evaluation of bids; overseeing the contract signing process with selected suppliers and managing any related appeals or complaints.
  • Overseeing the procurement of goods, services, and works within the scope of EU-funded projects, ensuring compliance with the financing agreement, applicable legislation, and relevant guidelines.
  • Ensuring compliance with both EU and local procurement regulations.
  • Monitoring deliveries and managing the procurement budget.
  • Negotiating contracts and maintaining supplier relationships.
  • Evaluating and selecting suppliers based on pre-established criteria.
Your Profile:
  • University degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Legal Studies, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Approximately 3 years of previous experience in procurement or project roles, ideally involving EU or private funding.
  • Strong knowledge of EU and local procurement regulations and practices.
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Romanian, both written and spoken.
  • Valid category B driving license.
