About the internship program 

We are Tapptitude – a Product Studio that partners with funded startups and established brands to build interactive, mobile-first products that people love to use. As an intern you will be mentored by one of our 50+ specialists who work side by side with clients as true Product Partners – from the first spark of an idea, through launch, and all the way to scaling successful products.

Profile summary

We're looking for a
motivated and curious Mobile Intern

to join our programme in
Cluj-Napoca, Romania

. This internship is designed for candidates with a solid educational background and a genuine passion for technology, eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional product studio.

As part of our
Mobile department

, you'll learn how to design, develop, deploy, and maintain
Full Stack Mobile solutions

, with React Native, Supabase and Retool, working alongside experienced engineers and mentors who will guide your growth.

Main activities

• Build mobile apps using React Native (Expo).
• Implement basic REST APIs required by the frontend using Supabase.
• Design and implement PostgreSQL databases.
• Integrate third party tools and services like Stripe, Twilio, Maps, AWS etc.
• Document APIs with tools like Postman, Swagger and curl.
• Participate in department meetings (stories, workshops) and project meetings (dailies, sprint plannings, demos).
• Use Unix command line tools on macOS.

Skills

• HTML/CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Git, Web development APIs
• SQL or NoSQL databases

Qualifications

• A bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously as well as in a team.
• Ability to adapt to new challenges and learn quickly.
