Project Execution Consultant – Order & Client Management

Who You Are:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in order management, client operations, logistics, or supply chain execution
• Proven ability to manage complex operational flows and ensure high standards of client satisfaction
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end order lifecycle, including order-to-cash and customer delivery coordination
• External client-facing experience or exposure is a must
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Fluent in English; German and/or French is a plus
• Comfortable working in a hybrid, cross-functional, and multicultural environment

What You Will Be Doing:

• Coordinate the end-to-end execution of customer orders, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and proactive communication with clients, dealers and internal teams.
• Act as the operational liaison between customer needs and internal logistics, production, and planning functions.
• Monitor order flows and anticipate potential risks, collaborating with stakeholders to implement timely solutions.
• Ensure client satisfaction through consistent follow-up, transparency, and issue resolution across the order lifecycle.
