Descrierea rolului:

Cautam un coleg responsabil si organizat pentru rolul de Coordonator Unelte si Echipamente Atelier. In aceasta pozitie, vei fi responsabil de gestionarea uneltelor si echipamentelor necesare echipelor tehnice, asigurand trasabilitatea, mentenanta si distributia eficienta a acestora.

Responsabilitati principale:

  • Organizarea, monitorizarea si actualizarea constanta a inventarului de unelte, echipamente si consumabile.
  • Predarea si primirea echipamentelor de la si catre echipele de lucru, pe baza documentelor corespunzatoare.
  • Verificarea starii tehnice a uneltelor si echipamentelor inainte de livrare sau dupa returnare.
  • Urmarirea miscarilor de stoc.
  • Efectuarea operatiunilor de mentenanta si verificari tehnice.
  • Gestionarea echipamentelor defecte sau pierdute si intocmirea documentatiei aferente.
  • Colaborarea cu departamentele tehnic si de achizitii pentru identificarea nevoilor si completarea stocurilor.

Profilul candidatului ideal:

  • Experienta intr-un rol similar (sef depozit/sef atelier/tehnic).
  • Cunostinte de baza despre unelte si echipamente folosite in domeniul constructiilor/mecanic/industrial.
  • Abilitati excelente de organizare si atentie la detalii.
  • Cunostinte de baza PC (Word/Excel) – obligatoriu.
  • Seriozitate, implicare si spirit de echipa.

Cerinte pentru ocuparea postului:

Studii:

✓ Minim studii liceale; studiile tehnice reprezinta un avantaj.

Cunostinte:

✓ Operare PC (Word, Excel); cunostintele de software pentru gestiune sunt un avantaj.

✓ Proceduri de gestiune si trasabilitate a stocurilor.

✓ Cunostinte tehnice despre unelte si echipamente.

Abilitati:

✓ Atentie la detalii si abilitati organizatorice solide.

✓ Integritate, responsabilitate si seriozitate.

✓ Comunicare eficienta si spirit de echipa.
