In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Own the Technical Solution: Serve as the primary technical expert and trusted advisor for our customers. Lead the project from concept to completion, ensuring the final system goes above and beyond.
• Design and Implement Ovation Control System software: Develop the complete control system software in collaboration with Centers of excellence, including functional design and implementation.
• Design Ovation Control System hardware: Closely collaborate with hardware center of excellence on hardware design.
• Lead & Mentor Your Team: Provide technical leadership to a multi-functional team of engineers, encouraging a collaborative environment while managing resources through design, configuration, and critical on-site commissioning phases.
• Drive Project Excellence: Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget by proactively identifying and resolving technical challenges and managing project scope.
• Implement Commissioning tasks: Provide expert-level support during commissioning and start-up phase of projects, solving sophisticated issues both remotely and on-site.
• Provide sales support: Closely collaborate with sales on new pursuits, advise the sales on appropriate technical solution and provide engineering estimates and proposals.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in process automation, control systems design, or application engineering preferably in power industry.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects.
• Willingness to travel for critical project phases like commissioning and customer meetings.
• Proficient in Romanian language and fluent in English (verbal and written); good communicator.
