We are searching for an experienced and visionary professional to lead our Workforce Management & Business Intelligence division. This role will be crucial in shaping and driving our WFM and BI strategies, ensuring we efficiently manage our workforce and harness data for strategic decision-making. Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive workforce management strategies to optimise efficiency and productivity.
  • Oversee the development and execution of business intelligence initiatives to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead and mentor a team of WFM and BI professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of WFM and BI practices.
  • Analyse industry trends and implement best practices to elevate our WFM and BI processes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Essential Requirements
  • Proven experience in workforce management and business intelligence, with a focus on leadership roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus on professional development and growth.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
