RESPONSABILITATI
:

  • Negociaza cu clientii aflati in portofoliul alocat, cu scopul de a identifica cele mai bune solutii de rambursare a sumelor restante inregistrate;
  • Genereaza si mentine parteneriate pe termen lung cu clientii, promovand solutiile care se potrivesc cel mai bine cu nevoile acestora;
  • Monitorizeaza permanent intelegerile de plata agreate cu clientii, in vederea realizarii obiectivelor de afaceri lunare asumate;
  • Planifica eficient programul zilnic de lucru (rutele de deplasare),luand in considerare profitabilitatea portofoliului alocat, dar si optimizarea costurilor.

CERINTE:

  • Orientare catre client- capacitatea de a ghida clientii spre solutii optime la problemele lor financiare;
  • Abilitati de comunicare si negociere ferma in relatia directa cu clientii;
  • Problem solving- identificarea problemelor din activitatea curenta/ procese/ mediu de lucru si propunerea/ implementarea de solutii inovative si eficiente;
  • Planificare/ organizarea muncii - abilitati de gestionare eficienta a resurselor existente in raport cu nevoile/cerintele de afaceri;
  • Permis conducere categoria B.
