Role Overview

We are seeking a
Staffing & Immigration Coordinator
to manage client relationships and oversee the full process of bringing blue-collar workers from Asia and Africa into Romania. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Romania's labor market, immigration and work permit procedures, and excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and international partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as primary contact for Romanian clients, understanding their staffing needs and advising on immigration procedures.
  • Manage the
    end-to-end immigration process
    : visa, work permits, and legal compliance for foreign workers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruitment partners in Asia and Africa.
  • Oversee candidate documentation, background checks, and onboarding process.
  • Coordinate logistics: travel, arrival, accommodation, and integration of staff.
  • Monitor labor law and immigration updates to ensure full compliance.
  • Provide regular reports and status updates to leadership and clients.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of
    Romanian blue-collar labor market
    .
  • Proven experience with
    immigration / visa / work permit processes
    .
  • Excellent
    client communication skills
    , able to explain legal and operational steps clearly.
  • Experience working with overseas agencies, embassies, or government authorities.
  • Fluent in
    English and Romanian
    ; other languages a plus.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
