Care va fi scopul tău?

Te vei asigura că produsele noastre respectă toate reglementările legale – naționale și internaționale. Vei contribui activ la obținerea avizelor necesare, notificări, etichetare și colaborarea cu autoritățile competente.


Ce vei face concret:

Notificări & Avize

  • Pregătirea și depunerea dosarelor pentru:
  • Avize dispozitive medicale
  • Notificări pentru suplimente, cosmetice, ceaiuri și alte produse alimentare
  • Dialog cu autorități (ANMDMR, INSP-CRSP, Ministerul Sănătății) pentru aprobări și clarificări

Monitorizare Legislativă

  • Vei ține pasul cu legislația UE și extra-UE
  • Vei evalua impactul noilor reglementări asupra portofoliului nostru

Etichetare & Ambalaje

  • Redactarea și actualizarea etichetelor conform normelor
  • Editarea etichetelor în CorelDRAW
  • Recomandări privind claim-urile nutriționale și de sănătate

Suport Interdepartamental

  • Colaborare strânsă cu colegii din Marketing, Inovație, Suport Științific
  • Evaluarea formulărilor inovatoare și a materialelor promoționale


Profilul tău:

Studii:

Farmacie, Biochimie, Biologie, Chimie, Medicină sau domenii conexe

Experiență:

2-3 ani într-un rol similar (Regulatory Affairs), inclusiv în relația cu autorități românești/UE

Cunoștințe tehnice:

  • Legislație suplimente, cosmetice, dispozitive medicale
  • CorelDRAW (un plus), Microsoft Office
  • Engleză avansat (alte limbi – un plus)
  • Nice to have: Experiență cu piețe internaționale (Asia, SUA, Orientul Mijlociu) si Cunoștințe de platforme pentru gestiunea portofoliului și etichetelor
