For one of our biggest client from Constructions industry, we're recruiting a Credit & Collections Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform credit checks for new and existing clients.
  • Communicate with clients to clarify outstanding balances and manage receivables.
  • Proactively follow up and collect payments, including sending notifications and managing payment plans.
  • Allocate incoming payments and reconcile client accounts.
  • Monitor receivables and manage customer blocks/unblocks in the system.
  • Prepare reports and documentation (including for the legal department).
  • Provide information and support to clients and internal departments.

Evaluation Criteria:

  • Communication and teamwork.
  • Client relationship management.
  • Key metrics: DSO, Bad Debts.
