Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement supplier evaluation, selection, and re-evaluation processes based on quality and risk criteria
  • Lead and manage the annual supplier audit program and develop a standardized supplier audit framework
  • Establish and optimize incoming and outgoing inspection processes to detect issues before parts reach our facilities
  • Maintain and update the approved supplier list based on ongoing performance assessments
  • Track and analyze supplier performance metrics (KPIs), identify quality trends, and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Assist with sourcing alternatives for End-of-Life (EOL) components and dual sourcing strategies
  • Provide engineering support throughout the product lifecycle, including supplier-driven change requests
  • Lead quality optimization projects to reduce cost, improve quality, and shorten delivery cycle

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 and supplier quality audits
  • Proficient in SolidWorks (3D) and AutoCAD (2D); strong grasp of GD&T and technical drawings
  • Skilled in translating user needs into clear, sustainable processes
  • Medium-Advanced English level
  • Driving license and willingness to travel
