As a DevOps Analyst – Lean & Agile Delivery, you will:
  • Lead the integration of application software using DevOps methodologies within Lean and Agile frameworks.
  • Understand and translate customer requirements and project KPIs into actionable technical workflows.
  • Implement and manage development, testing, and automation tools across the software lifecycle.
  • Plan and structure DevOps team activities and collaborate with project management teams.
  • Define and maintain development, testing, release, and support processes to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Coordinate incident management and perform root cause analysis.
  • Set up and manage CI/CD tools and pipelines to enable continuous integration, development, and deployment.
  • Support infrastructure setup, cybersecurity measures, and ongoing vulnerability assessments.
  • Continuously monitor lifecycle processes for adherence and improvement, driving efficiency and reducing waste.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and reporting.
  • Mentor team members and support ongoing skill development and process improvement.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps operations with strong exposure to Lean and Agile environments.
  • Proven expertise in software integration, automation tools, IT infrastructure, and CI/CD pipeline deployment.
  • Deep understanding of DevOps lifecycle, security practices, and software quality assurance.
  • Experience in stakeholder and external interface management.
  • Ability to monitor customer experience and track KPIs for delivery success.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, along with proficiency in root cause analysis and incident response.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
You should possess the ability to:
  • Design and implement secure, scalable, and automated DevOps workflows.
  • Drive continuous improvement across processes and team operations.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of accountability and innovation.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and management.
  • Plan, execute, and report on progress toward project and business goals.
