The ideal candidate will develop relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue and client retention. You act as a consultant by developing account strategies that provide the greatest opportunities to drive revenue. 

Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant B2B sales experience – ideally in the IT field;
  • General knowledge of IT equipment (servers, laptops, software solutions);
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
  • Proactive mindset and results-oriented approach;
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to complete tasks effectively;
  • Leadership abilities and strong interpersonal skills;
  • Solid numerical skills and analytical thinking;
  • Impeccable command of written and spoken Romanian; English – at least intermediate level;
  • Advanced PC knowledge (MS Office, Outlook).

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and attract new business clients;
  • Manage the existing client portfolio and develop long-term commercial relationships;
  • Actively promote IT solutions (hardware and software);
  • Prepare commercial offers and negotiate contracts;
  • Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions to client needs;
  • Contribute to marketing and promotional activities;
  • Handle project-related documentation for clients;
  • Participate in organizing events and promotional activities;
  • Maintain excellent relationships with company partners (via email, phone, and direct meetings).
