The ideal candidate will develop relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue and client retention. You act as a consultant by developing account strategies that provide the greatest opportunities to drive revenue.
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 2 years of relevant B2B sales experience – ideally in the IT field;
- General knowledge of IT equipment (servers, laptops, software solutions);
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
- Proactive mindset and results-oriented approach;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to complete tasks effectively;
- Leadership abilities and strong interpersonal skills;
- Solid numerical skills and analytical thinking;
- Impeccable command of written and spoken Romanian; English – at least intermediate level;
- Advanced PC knowledge (MS Office, Outlook).
Responsibilities:
- Identify and attract new business clients;
- Manage the existing client portfolio and develop long-term commercial relationships;
- Actively promote IT solutions (hardware and software);
- Prepare commercial offers and negotiate contracts;
- Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions to client needs;
- Contribute to marketing and promotional activities;
- Handle project-related documentation for clients;
- Participate in organizing events and promotional activities;
- Maintain excellent relationships with company partners (via email, phone, and direct meetings).
