I'm looking for a Sales Manager with experience in sponsorship, media, or business development—someone who understands how commercial relationships work, how to build a relevant proposal for a brand, and what a sale means in a creative context.
What you'll do:
- Identify partnership opportunities for MP projects—from sports events to media content and special initiatives.
- Manage the commercial process end to end: from reaching out to potential clients to negotiation and signing.
- Collaborate with brands, clubs, athletes, and federations to build suitable, sustainable sponsorship proposals.
- Contribute to developing new ideas and projects, closely with the MatchPlan team.
What we're looking for:
- 2–5 years' experience in sales, sponsorship, events, media, or business development (ideally in sports/entertainment/agency).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Autonomy, initiative, and a clear commercial mindset.
- Good English; experience with CRM or AI tools is a plus.
