Key Responsibilities

  • Realizează analize financiare complexe pentru operațiunile companiei, inclusiv rapoarte de cost, profitabilitate și forecast.
  • Oferă suport departamentului de management în luarea deciziilor strategice bazate pe date financiare.
  • Monitorizează performanța financiară a proiectelor și participă activ la procesul de project planning și project controlling.
  • Colaborează cu departamentele operaționale și de producție pentru a înțelege fluxurile financiare și impactul acestora.
  • Interacționează cu băncile pentru documentație și cerințe specifice (de ex. situații financiare, cash-flow), fără a fi necesară experiență anterioară în domeniul bancar.
  • Participă la procesele de digitalizare, implementare și optimizare a sistemelor ERP și altor platforme financiare.
  • Realizează rapoarte periodice pentru management: bugete, estimări, variații și recomandări de îmbunătățire.
  • Asigură acuratețea datelor și conformitatea cu standardele și procedurile financiare interne.

Requirements

  • Minim 5 ani experiență în roluri de Financial Analyst sau Financial Controller.
  • Experiență obligatorie în companii de producție.
  • Cunoștințe solide despre procese financiare, cost controlling și analiza datelor.
  • Experiență în lucrul cu ERP-uri și proiecte de digitalizare.
  • Experiență în project planning și management financiar de proiecte.
  • Abilități excelente de analiză, interpretare date și raportare.
  • Cunoștințe foarte bune de Excel; experiența cu Power BI este un plus.
  • Abilități bune de comunicare și colaborare cu echipe multidisciplinare.
  • Atenție la detalii, organizare și orientare spre rezultate.
