• Support the digitalisation and automation of existing HR processes with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors
• Act as the main contact person for our HR department and provide support, e.g., in the development and enhancement of processes within the HR systems
• Oversee the system landscape and ensure clarity, particularly regarding system adjustments
• Advise our HR departments on defining technical requirements and their implementation, and participate in HR-related projects
• Serve as the interface between HR and IT
• Perform regular HR reports as well as reports based on special requests

Qualifications QualificationsQualifications

• Degree with a focus on HR, IT, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in HR and SAP SuccessFactors
• Basic knowledge of SAP HCM
• Passion for working with various HR systems and for the digitalisation of processes, combined with a proactive, hands-on mentality to support different implementation initiatives
• Flexibility and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong evaluation skills and analytical thinking
• Structured working style with a high affinity for data

Things to know before departure:

• Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: Unlimited
• Line of work: Consulting
• Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken German (B2-C1) & English (B2)
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
• Other: a valid work permit
