About the role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. The Solution Architect will play a pivotal role in defining, designing, and implementing scalable and robust web solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, coupled with extensive experience in architecture design and implementation.

Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Architecture:

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to thoroughly understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient web solutions.
  • Design comprehensive end-to-end web solutions, considering critical factors such as scalability, security, performance, and usability.
  • Assess and recommend suitable technologies, frameworks, and tools to align with project requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive architectural documentation, encompassing design diagrams, technical specifications, and detailed implementation plans.
  • Identify potential risks, prepare effective mitigation strategies, and coordinate activities within the project, team, or department.

Technical Leadership and Guidance:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development and architecture.
  • Provide invaluable technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Offer support to development teams during critical situations or contexts, such as downtimes, events, and important releases.
  • Manage complex development efforts across multiple teams with precision and efficiency.

Sales Support and Project Lifecycle Involvement:

  • Identify promising opportunities and actively participate in sales activities.
  • Engage in the complete project lifecycle, from presales activities and Discovery & Definition phases to project completion, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.

Match your profile:

  • Proven experience in software management
  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Familiar with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Strong business insights & experience in running projects with high spikes (events, tickets sale, e-commerce) is a plus

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record as a Solution Architect or in a similar role, with a primary focus on web development.
  • Proficiency in a wide range of web technologies, including .NET, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React.
  • Thorough understanding of web architecture patterns, design principles, and best practices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Relevant certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, are considered a plus.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
