We are currently looking for a passionate and team-player
Performance Analyst
for
Bucharest
, within
Rompetrol Downstream.

Rompetrol Downstream
coordinates the local network of fuel stations. In Romania, the company operates over 1,000 fuel distribution points, including its own stations, Rompetrol Partner stations, Expres mobile stations and 9 and 20 cubic meter Fill & Go fixed units. More than gas stations, Rompetrol stations are designed as service centers where, in addition to selling the best quality products, customers can relax in the 143 restaurants and shops hey with a design aligned with the retail concept.

Your new role:
Participate in management reporting, investment appraisals, budgeting and controlling activities.

Activities going to help you shine:


•    Participate in short, medium and long term planning process.


•    Participate in actual vs. plan variance analysis.


•    Participate in the implementation of IT systems in order to make sure they comply with the business reporting needs.


•    Participate in the implementation of Business Intelligences tools and maintaining the existing ones.


•    Actual vs. budget Opex analysis and monitoring of Opex overruns.


•    Draft other ad-hoc reports/activities in order to support managerial decisions.

The fuel needed to go further with us:


•    Bachelor's Degree in Economics (Finance and Accounting is a plus).


•    Previous experience in finance / accounting / controlling / reporting would be considered a plus.


•    Advanced Excel knowledge.


•    SAP knowledge will be a plus.


•    Good English language skills.


•    Strong analytical skills and ability to gather and analyze data from a wide range of sources.


•    Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex analysis.


•    Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
