  • Workstream Ownership: Where appropriate, take ownership of workstreams within cross-functional project teams across the technology practice, supporting engagement managers.
  • Global Collaboration: Be flexible and available to support global teams on projects that broaden your commercial and technology expertise.
  • Client Interaction: Organise and participate in client meetings, assisting with the preparation and delivery of pitches, RFPs, RFIs, and other client-facing materials.
  • Strategic Contribution: Support the development and execution of BearingPoint's firmwide M&A strategy, with a focus on technology-related initiatives.
  • Beyond Due Diligence: Gain exposure to broader M&A technology advisory work, including carve-out and integration support beyond the due diligence phase.
