Job DescriptionTremend is looking for a Technical Lead to join our team of bright thinkers and doers. You'll use your problem-solving creativity to figure out our client's most complex and challenging problems across different industries. We are on a mission to transform the world, and you will be instrumental in shaping how we do it with your ideas, thoughts, and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- You'll guide a team of skilled developers, shaping the technical vision and driving architectural decisions across projects. You'll be hands-on in code while also championing best practices, mentoring team members, and fostering a culture of innovation and engineering excellence.
- Build state-of-the-art enterprise-ready solutions for customers all over the world, with clients from all business areas such as Banking, Telecom, & Advertising, or Manufacturing
- Groom, develop, test, and see the value brought by your code to the end user
- Build applications of all sizes from the ground up and see them delivered to production successfully
- Interact with a team of amazing software developers that are always focused on the quality of the product and the happiness of the end-user
- Be Agile, breathe Agile, and discover the fun in Agile.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in software development, including 5 years in technical leadership roles guiding cross-functional teams
- Experience with FastAPI or any other Python web framework
- Experience with React or any other frontend framework would be a plus
- Design and implementation of REST APIs
- Experience with app deployment from local dev up to UAT environment
- Experience in working with Docker
- Solid knowledge of Python & Sql / NoSql DB
- Knowledge of working with protocols such as MQTT, CoAP, and AMQP is a plus
- Previous code optimization, SQL queries optimization, and code profiling experience
- Experience with Unix/Linux
- Full life cycle experience.
