Key Details

  • Location:
    Bucharest – hybrid (min. 2 days/week on site, 3 days remote)
  • Contract:
    6 months (extension possible)
  • Languages:
    Fluent English & French required

Role Overview

As IS Solution Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of functional and technical solutions, ensuring their operational maintenance, evolution, performance, optimization, and compliance with cybersecurity and strategic orientations. You'll act as the key point of contact between business needs, delivery teams, and external service providers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee maintenance and evolution of applications/tools supporting IS solutions
  • Provide business support, validate recurring evolutions, and ensure smooth communication with key users
  • Supervise contractors and manage external providers (outsourcing/services)
  • Monitor KPIs around quality, performance, deadlines, and security
  • Manage projects and participate in tenders, contracting, and service delivery follow-up
  • Support upcoming projects, including
    application migrations to Azure Cloud

Candidate Profile

  • 5–10 years of IS experience with strong client orientation
  • Experience in software development or solution integration, application portfolio management, and cloud migrations
  • Knowledge of business application lifecycle, project management, IT infrastructures, and cybersecurity basics
  • Familiar with Agile methods
  • ITIL Foundation certification (nice to have)
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in
    English and French
    is mandatory
