Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bucharest, Romania, with opportunities for remote work. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks include performing property evaluations, scheduling and conducting property showings, negotiating sales agreements, and guiding clients through the transaction process. Exceptional customer service and a client-first approach will be key to success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Experience and knowledge in real estate and real property transactions
  • Proven ability in sales and negotiation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in market analysis and property evaluations
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Fluency in Romanian and English is preferred
  • Familiarity with Bucharest's real estate market is an advantage
