In rolul de Customer Administration Analyst vei analiza si valida documentatia juridica necesara deschiderii relatiei cu banca si a conturilor curente pentru clienti PF/PJ, contribuind la oferirea unei experiente pozitive clientilor nostri. Rolul implica activitati administrative si operationale si interactiune directa cu clientii in special prin email, dar si la telefon. Daca esti o persoana organizata, comunicativa, analitica si simti ca ti se potriveste rolul, te asteptam in echipa noastra din Divizia Operatiuni

Salariul de incadrare pentru rolul de Customer Administration Analyst este in intervalul de 6500 lei brut si 11500 lei brut, in functie de experienta profesionala si gradul de potrivire cu cerintele rolului.

Despre job
  • Gestionezi procesul de deschidere a relatiei cu banca si a conturilor curente (PF, PFA, PJ, capital social), atat la ghiseu, cat si online;
  • Analizezi si verifici documentatia juridica si procedurala prezentata de clienti,;
  • Procesezi in sistemele informatice deschiderea conturilor si raspunzi solicitarilor clientilor (actualizari de date, imputerniciri, delegatii etc.);
  • Contribui activ la mentinerea corectitudinii bazei de date a clientilor si la procesele de data quality;
  • Raspunzi la solicitarile clientilor in special pe email, dar si telefonic;

  • Ai studiile superioare finalizate cu diploma de Licenta;
  • Detii abilitati excelente de comunicare, organizare si lucru in echipa;
  • Ai o atitudine proactiva si spirit de initiativa;
  • Esti o persoana analitica si orientata catre solutii;
  • Cunosti limba engleza nivel minim B2 (scris si vorbit);
  • Cunosti foarte bine pachetul Microsoft Office si Excel.
