Your new role and environment.

As a CRO Specialist, you will take the lead in optimizing our digital platforms—websites, apps, and customer journeys. Using data-driven insights, you'll identify opportunities, test hypotheses, and implement changes that increase conversions and improve customer satisfaction.

You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of Product Managers, Product Owners, UX Designers, Digital Analysts, and developers to drive results and elevate the customer experience. With a focus on experimentation, you'll help embed a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the organization.

Key responsibilities of your role.

  • Map online shopping journeys and identify areas for improvement using customer behavior insights and data analysis.
  • Optimize key conversion points across platforms to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
  • Collaborate with UX, Product, and Analytics teams to prioritize and implement journey enhancements.
  • Lead the creation, execution, and management of an A/B testing roadmap for your focus areas.
  • Design, implement, and analyze experiments to validate hypotheses and inform data-driven decisions.
  • Translate test results into actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, UX Researchers, and Digital Analysts to define and prioritize CRO initiatives.
  • Share knowledge and best practices to improve the experimentation process and CRO culture.
  • Support training and onboarding for team members on experimentation tools and methodologies.
  • Identify and implement innovative approaches (e.g., AI, advanced analytics) to enhance CRO efforts.
  • Monitor digital trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of market demands.
  • Document and share learnings from experiments and optimizations.
  • Regularly review and refine CRO strategies based on performance data and feedback.

Requirements.

We think you'll be best geared for success if you can meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Data Science, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 4+ years in CRO, digital marketing, eCommerce optimization, or a similar data-driven digital role.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, web analytics, and digital experimentation.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., UX, Product, Analytics).
  • Proficiency with CRO and analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Target, Optimizely, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Strong data analysis skills; ability to interpret test results and customer insights.
  • Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Curiosity for digital trends and experimentation methodologies.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Fluent in English; other regional languages are a plus.
