Your Responsibilities

• Training users on how to use Google Workspace,
• Coordinating the implementation of Google Workspace solutions for clients,
• Monitoring the progress of implementations,
• Suggesting specific actions to clients based on available data and reports,
• Managing the project from start to finish (goal planning, implementation, final result review),
• Overseeing the contract process and coordinating it between the client and our legal department,
• Meeting deadlines and setting priorities both on your side and the client's,
• Building and maintaining strong business relationships.

Job requirements

• Motivation and willingness to thoroughly learn the Google Workspace cloud solution,
• Very good command of English (at least B2 level),
• University degree (completed or in progress),
• Highly developed communication skills and ease in building business relationships,
• An empathetic approach to client issues and the ability to analyze their needs,
• Experience in conducting trainings and presentations.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with Google Workspace solutions,
• Collaboration Engineer certification,
• Basic technical knowledge or willingness to learn.
