Your Responsibilities
- Training users on how to use Google Workspace,
- Coordinating the implementation of Google Workspace solutions for clients,
- Monitoring the progress of implementations,
- Suggesting specific actions to clients based on available data and reports,
- Managing the project from start to finish (goal planning, implementation, final result review),
- Overseeing the contract process and coordinating it between the client and our legal department,
- Meeting deadlines and setting priorities both on your side and the client's,
- Building and maintaining strong business relationships.
Job requirements
- Motivation and willingness to thoroughly learn the Google Workspace cloud solution,
- Very good command of English (at least B2 level),
- University degree (completed or in progress),
- Highly developed communication skills and ease in building business relationships,
- An empathetic approach to client issues and the ability to analyze their needs,
- Experience in conducting trainings and presentations.
Nice to have:
- Experience working with Google Workspace solutions,
- Collaboration Engineer certification,
- Basic technical knowledge or willingness to learn.
