Junior Web & DTP Specialist

Reports to:
Senior Web & DTP Manager

Job Overview: The future Junior Web & DTP Specialist will perform day to day tasks related to the websites maintenance and asset creation/management, in order to assure support and performance optimizations for our client's digital paid campaigns & websites.

Responsibility
:

·     Create, optimize & maintain our client's websites, landing pages and lead collection infrastructure;

·     Run A/B tests & ensure optimal conversion funnel

·     Identify creative ideas for lead / sales generation and growth, from new channels to out-of-the box initiatives;

·     On request, assure support to the PPC team by creating or modifying assets for use in digital paid campaigns & general digital presence. This includes static images (i.e. banner ads, FB posts etc.), dynamic content such as animations, videos or soundtracks and printed media (i.e. magazine adverts, magazines, OOH meshes etc.);

·     Team up with the extended team for various research needs on new / existing customers;

·     Always looking for new automation and flow improvement opportunities.

Day to day tasks:

·     Implement, optimize and maintain all client's websites/landing pages and other touch points (SM pages) respecting client requirements & brief;

·     Create, test, optimize and evaluate media assets based on monthly brief or ad-hoc requirements;

·     Ensure proper booking of working hours for client's reports

Qualifications & Requirements:

·     Bachelor's Degree in marketing or other computer sciences areas (master's degree in marketing is a plus)

·     Basic understanding of the advertising industry & digital assets management;

·     Passionate about digital marketing, social media and the latest trends in content related media

·     Basic knowledge of platform based CMS's, while also being creative by nature;

·     Basic knowledge and operation of DTP software;

·     Great attention to detail;

·     Good knowledge of Romanian grammar and spelling. Able to correctly spot mistakes when reviewing existing content;

·     Fluency in written and spoken English;

Nice to have:

o  Facebook Blueprint Certification, Google Ads & Analytics Certification

o  Hands-on experience working with various paid media platforms (e.g. Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)

o  Hands-on experience working with various CMS platforms like Wordpress, AEM, Shopify, Prestashop etc.

o  Hands-on experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
