Position Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished and technically skilled Lead Security Architect / Delivery Architect to design, implement, and oversee the delivery of advanced cybersecurity solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, leadership experience, and a strong grasp of modern security frameworks, private and hybrid cloud environments, and enterprise-scale infrastructure.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance hands-on technical delivery with architectural governance—ensuring that all solutions meet rigorous security, compliance, and operational standards throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design, architecture, and delivery of complex security solutions across enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs) that align with business, security, and compliance objectives.
• Oversee the implementation and integration of multiple security technologies across on-premises and private cloud infrastructures.
• Ensure security and compliance requirements are embedded across all phases of the solution lifecycle—from design and deployment to operations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering, security, and operations teams during project delivery.
• Act as a trusted security advisor, guiding internal teams and clients on best practices, standards, and emerging trends.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate infrastructure, application, and data security risks.
• Lead incident response planning, vulnerability assessments, and remediation initiatives.
• Develop, review, and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Stay informed on the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, tools, and compliance regulations.

Technical Expertise:

Security Architecture & Design:

• Proven experience designing and implementing secure architectures for complex enterprise environments.
• Expertise in authoring HLDs and LLDs with strong emphasis on compliance and risk management.

Cybersecurity Solutions (Hands-on experience with 3–4 of the following):

• SIEM: Splunk, IBM QRadar
• Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR): CrowdStrike, SentinelOne
• Identity & Access Management (IAM): Okta, Azure AD
• Firewalls & Network Security: Palo Alto, Fortinet
• Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
• Vulnerability Management: Tenable, Qualys
• Encryption & PKI

Cloud & Infrastructure Security:

• Strong understanding of private and hybrid cloud security architectures.
• Experience with cloud-native security tools (e.g., AWS Security Hub, Azure Security Center).
• Proficiency in securing on-premises and legacy systems integrated with modern infrastructure.

Compliance & Governance:

• In-depth knowledge of frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS.
• Hands-on experience conducting security audits, assessments, and risk analyses.

DevSecOps & Automation:

• Practical understanding of embedding security into CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins for secure infrastructure provisioning.

Project Delivery & Leadership:

• Proven success in leading end-to-end security delivery for large, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong ability to influence and communicate with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and architects to elevate team capability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, TOGAF, SABSA, CCSP, AWS/Azure Security Specialty.
• Background in regulated industries (e.g., Banking, Healthcare, Government) is an advantage.
