ABOUT THE ROLE:

Redileon Global Driver Services is expanding its high-performance operational teams across Europe to support leading global OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and technology firms in the mapping and autonomous driving sectors.

This is a specialized, technical role. You will not be a delivery or taxi driver. You will operate highly advanced test vehicles equipped with complex sensor arrays (LiDAR, HD Cameras, Telemetry) to collect mission-critical 'ground truth' data for the next generation of HD maps and ADAS/Autonomous systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Precision Data Capture: Execute complex, pre-defined driving routes (ODDs) with extreme precision, maintaining speed and kinetic smoothness to ensure data fidelity.
  • Sensor Health Monitoring: Monitor in-vehicle telemetry (via the R-TQC interface) to ensure all sensors and hardware are fully operational during the mission.
  • Asset Stewardship: Adhere strictly to hardware integrity, secure storage, and Chain of Custody protocols for test vehicles and sensitive data storage devices.
  • Operational Compliance: Work within a stringent 160-hour monthly cycle, adhering to all local traffic laws and internal safety standards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Valid European driver's license (Category B) with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional driving experience (logistics, chauffeur, or technical roles preferred).
  • High proficiency with digital technology (tablets, software interfaces) and the ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues.
  • Fluency in ENGLISH is mandatory;
