Ne dorim ca tu sa:

  • Ai minim 2 ani experiență în activități administrative, import și transport;
  • Deții abilități excelente de comunicare și lucru în echipă;
  • Fii o persoană responsabilă, organizată, integră și orientată către atingerea obiectivelor;
  • Ai bune abilități organizatorice și capacitatea de a rezolva rapid problemele apărute;
  • Cunoști elemente de comerț exterior, transport internațional de mărfuri, condiții de livrare și condiții de plată;
  • Ai cunoștințe solide de operare PC (pachetul MS Office);
  • Cunoști limba engleză la un nivel cel puțin mediu (scris și vorbit).

Descrierea jobului

Vei avea un rol activ în gestionarea proceselor de import și transport, contribuind la eficiența operațională a companiei prin:

  • Verificarea stocurilor și a termenelor de producție la furnizori;
  • Transmiterea comenzilor către furnizori (prin e-mail);
  • Organizarea activităților de transport al mărfurilor;
  • Realizarea grupajelor de marfă și stabilirea rutelor optime de încărcare;
  • Identificarea și contactarea transportatorilor externi și încheierea contractelor de transport;
  • Coordonarea proceselor de vămuire pentru mărfurile achiziționate din afara Uniunii Europene.
