Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and coach Scrum teams in the adoption of Scrum practices;
• Work with product owners to create and refine product backlogs;
• Help teams to plan and estimate sprints;
• Facilitate daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning meetings, sprint review meetings, and sprint retrospective meetings;
• Remove impediments to team progress;
• Help teams to continuously improve their processes;
• Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role;
• Proven experience in facilitating Scrum teams;
• Strong understanding of Scrum principles and practices;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
