Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the passionate face of the brand, actively showcasing and promoting our cutting-edge products to captivate customers at designated retail locations.
• Ensure product displays are vibrant and inviting by managing inventory effectively, keeping shelves fully stocked and visually appealing.
• Continuously enhance your expertise by participating in training sessions, team meetings, and company events, staying ahead of the latest product innovations.
• Foster strong, ongoing communication with company leaders and support teams, including Supervisors, Trainers, and Retail Managers, to align promotional efforts.
• Take pride in maintaining impeccable product presentation—ensuring displays are clean, strategically placed, and accompanied by accurate, engaging informational materials (POSM).
• Actively listen to customer feedback and gather market insights, playing a vital role in shaping the brand's future strategies and meeting evolving customer needs.
• Build meaningful connections with customers by answering their questions, sharing detailed product knowledge, and inspiring confidence that drives sales success.
